“ My boyfriend and I were craving some hu tieu again so we came back! I got the same order as last time, Do Bien Hu Tieu Mi with the broth on the side. Everything was so tasty and I had enough leftover for my lunch the following day. Service was fast and parking wasn't too difficult to find this time around. Thank you Leung Noodle! ”

“ I don't usually write reviews.... except if my food/experience is either really good or terrible... But in this review, my food was delicious. Today I got the egg rolls, Chinese donut, and the bbq pork with combination noodles. Everything was exceptionally good. I like my noodles to have a lot of flavor and spice, so I customized my sauce to have Thai chili, chili oil, and garlic. I'll be sure to comeback to this spot again if I ever crave hu tieu kho again. ”

“ The restaurant is quite small but the food is so delicious. The service is quite fast and you can order the broth separated from the noodles. Whenever I crave Hu Tieu, I come here! It comes with a decent amount of meat as well. Perfect for the cold weather (or any weather tbh) ”

“ A go-to spot for hu tieu. I order the #1 hu tieu nam vang khô and it's delicious. I love the sauce in the noodles and the variety of meats. I think the portion is a perfect size as well. It's a small spot and the plaza can get crowded during busy times. ”

“ We found Leung Noodle on TikTok, and I was excited to try them out since I was craving hu tieu for a while. They were PACKED just around noon time on a Sunday; we were lucky that we came in a little earlier. I ordered the #1 Hu Tieu, w/ egg noodles and had it dry. I'd definitely recommend this since it comes with a bit of everything (veggies, proteins, etc). With all honesty, I thought this was just okay. The noodles tasted pretty good with the sauce, but the pork pieces were dried out so it didn't make it the most pleasant experience to eat. The noodles weren't too oily which was a plus. I'd also recommend ordering their fried dough appetizer! Service was solid, and there's a good amount of tables inside - warning though, it is a little cramped! ”

“ One of my favorite places to get my kho. 4 instead of 5 stars since they are not consistent with the taste. I always order the Dac Biet (so you get the bone marrow on the side) with egg noodles. I prefer egg noodles as they are chewier than the rice noodles. The house made sauce is great with egg noodles. The pickled garlic is a huge ++++. I inhaled that thing every single time ”

“ Bowl was small and I was left hungry. The #2 dac biet dry $16.25 is the same as #1 but with an extra bone. There weren't a lot of meat on the bones. It is pointless to get an extra bone. The egg noodles tasted fine and that was the best part of this bowl. The other stuff were boiled and needed the sweet soy sauce on the table to taste good. Service was weak. No water refills and the restaurant was not busy. ”

“ Food is 10/10 Service is 10/10 Ambiance is 10/10 Leung Noodle is the best noodle place I've been to! The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food tastes great. The dishes are fresh, not too oily, and just right. If you love noodles, you have to try this spot! ”

“ My experience with Leung Noodle started off a bit rough. I had a party of 8 people, but they didn't want to put two tables together to make it enough for 8 people. The thing was, they didn't tell us that, so we waited for about 45 minutes (even though they told us the wait would be 20 minutes) for them to just tell us we will be split up into two tables on opposite sides of the room. Other than that, the food was very good. I thought the flavor was amazing and the portions were good. The price is a bit on the higher end, but I think the food quality is good for how much it costs. There aren't many places that make Nam Vang noodles good, so this is a good spot for that. ”

“ We discovered dry noodles right before covid hit. We love egg noodles. Small place located in a large strip mall. Plenty of parking. Menu is very straight forward- different toppings. You get to pick your noodles. And then if you want the soup on the side. Option for extra noodles which my husband got. Noodles are tossed in a sauce which gives it an extra kick. We've been to places that don't do this. The egg noodles are the perfect consistency with a chew factor. Soup was savory but not overly salty or msg heavy. We plan to come back. ”
